After meeting her husband during a 200-hour teacher training in Pennsylvania, she pursued advanced courses in yoga therapy and gained experience teaching at various studios. With her deep knowledge, compassion, and commitment to wellness, she’s created a space where everyone can explore their inner charm and find balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Nailya’s yoga journey began 12 years ago during her first pregnancy, sparking a lifelong connection to this transformative practice. Six years ago, her passion deepened as she took the leap to share yoga’s profound benefits with her community, becoming a beloved instructor.
Originally from Kazan, Russia, Nailya’s life took a pivotal turn in 2011 when she traveled to Middle Bass Island for a summer job. There, she met Chris, who quickly became her greatest partner and love. Their whirlwind romance led to marriage just two months later, a testament to their immediate and unbreakable bond. Together, they’ve built a life filled with love and purpose, raising two daughters, Evah and Meera, who are their greatest sources of inspiration.
Beyond teaching yoga, Nailya channels her creative energy into her thriving photography business, The Fable Photography. Her vibrant personality and artistic vision allow her to capture meaningful moments that resonate deeply with her clients. Balancing her roles as a yoga instructor, photographer, wife, and mother, Nailya exemplifies a life of passion, creativity, and mindfulness.
The Weber family embraces a holistic and active lifestyle, prioritizing nutritious eating and physical activity. Both of Nailya’s daughters are dedicated swimmers, competing on their local swim team, while her youngest also excels in gymnastics. Together, they cherish time spent along the Maumee River and in local parks, finding joy in nature and movement.
Whether on the yoga mat or behind the camera lens, Nailya’s story is a testament to the beauty of following one’s heart, inspiring others to lead a life of balance, connection, and creativity.

Shannon is a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor, holding a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) certification and YogaFit Level 1 certification. Currently, she’s expanding her expertise in Viniyoga and Hatha Yoga as she works toward her RYT 300. Shannon’s love for yoga extends beyond the mat, intertwining with her deep interests in herbalism, yoga philosophy, astrology, and tarot.
Her yoga journey began nine years ago during her first pregnancy, and she has since cultivated a strong and consistent home practice. Supported by her loving husband and their blended family of five children, Shannon brings both warmth and authenticity to her teaching.

She began practicing in 2009 and teaching in 2013 under the guidance of Swamini Shraddhananda Saraswati of the Kula Kamala Yoga Foundation and Ashram. Over the years, she has participated in extensive additional trainings and continued education to better understand the human body and mind and their incredible capabilities.
Specializing in adaptive and therapeutic movement for all, Emily has taken an Accessible Yoga Training with Jivana Hyman, VaihAyasa Aerial Yoga, Aerial Thai Yoga, and many Thai Yoga Bodywork trainings.
Emily’s teaching style is supportive, encouraging, and educational.

My name is Jen Brown, I am a certified yoga teacher and I would love to be a part of your yoga journey!
Movement has always been important to me, but for a long time it felt like something with a barrier to entry. As someone who feels deeply uncomfortable in traditional gym settings yet genuinely loves to move my body, the yoga studio became a place where I finally felt at home.
I found yoga during a time when I was struggling with an eating disorder. Through yoga I learned how to feel safe in my body and reconnect with it in a way I never imagined possible. That experience was profoundly healing and it didn’t take long for me to know I wanted to share that feeling with others,especially other women who may not always feel like they belong in conventional movement spaces.
I trained here in Ohio. When I teach, all are truly welcome: all bodies, all levels, all experiences. My classes are rooted in the belief that movement can be both challenging and supportive, empowering and fun. Yoga doesn’t have to be intimidating or scary: it can be a place to explore, build trust and feel good in your body.
I’m honored to hold space for students to move in ways that feel strong, safe and joyful, and I’d love to show you that yoga can meet you exactly where you are.

Hi Yogis! I’m Mira Adkins, and I’ve been immersed in the world of yoga and fitness my entire life. My journey began as a competitive dancer, training in classical ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, lyrical, and tap. Today, I’m proud to share my passion for movement as a competition dance instructor, teaching these diverse styles to the next generation.
After graduating from Perrysburg High School, I discovered a love for Pilates, which felt like a natural extension of my dance background. I began incorporating Pilates conditioning into my dance classes and found immense joy in creating classes that build both strength and grace.
In December 2024, I earned my BS in biology with a minor in chemistry and am now awaiting admissions decisions for Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) programs. My deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and fitness inspires me to create dynamic and effective Hot Yoga Sculpt and Pilates experiences. Blending my expertise in yoga with my scientific knowledge of the body, I aim to empower my students to move with purpose, strength, and confidence.
